Each tablet contains paracetamol 500mg
12 effervescent tablets
Store at room temperature.
Dissolve in a tumbler of water at room temperature (15ºC -
30ºC).
Absorbed more quickly than regular tablets to provide fast, effective relief from headache, pain and fever. Gets to work twice as fast as ordinary painkillers. Contains sodium bicarbonate that increases the rate of gastric emptying for faster relief. Gentle on the stomach. Suitable for asthmatics who are sensitive to aspirin and NSAIDS. Suitable for breastfeeding mothers. Gluten free. Lactose free.
Adults: one to two tablets (maximum eight tablets in 24 hours)
Children (aged 7-12 years): one tablet (maximum four tablets in 24 hours)
Take every 4 hours as required.

Should not be taken with other products containing paracetamol at the same time. |

Do not exceed stated dose. |

Each tablet contains 425.5mg of sodium, which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet. |

Also contains saccharin sodium, aspartame and sucrose. |

Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine. |

If you have been diagnosed with liver or kidney impairment, seek medical advice before taking Panadol Soluble. |

When taken as directed, Panadol is virtually free from side effects. Skin rash and other allergic reactions have been described rarely. |

Do not take if you have a previous history of hypersensitivity to paracetamol. |
 |
Paracetamol overdose may cause liver failure. Immediate medical management is required in the event of an overdose, even if symptoms of overdose are not present. |
 |
The anticoagulant effect of warafin and other coumarins may be enhanced by prolonged regular daily use of paracetamol with increased risk of bleeding; occasional doses have no significant effect. |
