Side effects are uncommon; dyspepsia, nausea or allergic reaction has rarely been reported with paracetamol. Pseudoephedrine may occasionally cause insomnia. Dextromethorphan may occasionally cause drowsiness, dizziness, excitation or gastrointestinal disturbances. |

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to paracetamol. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. |

Prolonged use without medical supervision could be harmful. |

Panadol Cold & Flu should be administered with caution to patients with hepatitis or renal dysfunction, severe hypertension, cardiac or peripheral vascular disease. If you have any liver or kidney problem, please consult your doctor before taking Panadol. |

Should not be taken with other products containing paracetamol at the same time. |

Hypertensive patients and those on antidepressant therapy should consult their doctor before using this preparation. |

Paracetamol overdose may cause liver failure. Immediate medical management is required in the event of an overdose, even if symptoms of overdose are not present. |
 |
The anticoagulant effect of warfarin and other coumarins may be enhanced by prolonged regular daily use of paracetamol with increased risk of bleeding; occasional doses have no significant effect. |
